The attention of the general public is drawn to the publication of the list of persons having dormant accounts (accounts that have not been operated for a minimum of five (5) years) with Amansie West Rural Bank Limited, in accordance with the Banks and Specialised Deposit-Taking Institutions Act, 2016 (Act 930).
Customers whose names appear on the list of dormant account holders or their legal representatives are, hereby, advised to contact any branch of Amansie West Rural Bank Limited or call 0277599442/0202533983 within two (2) weeks from the date of publication.
The affected accounts shall, thereafter, be transferred to the Bank of Ghana in accordance with Act 930.
